Orientation programme for the Batch 2025-2026
The Orientation programme for the Batch 2025-26 was held on 6th June, 2025 at St. Xavier’s College Hall. It was attended by staff, faculty, students and parents.
The programme began with prayer and address by Dr. Fr. Conrad Pesso SJ, Director of XIC. Later Dr. Fr. Keith D’Souza, Rector, St. Xavier’s College, gave a brief on “The College Vision & Mission”
Chief Guest for the event was Ms. Aruna Raje Patil, Filmmaker-National Award Winner, shared her brief insights and nuances on film making over the years, the Guest of Honour for the event was Dr. Balsing Rajput- IPS, he shared his knowledge and expertise with the batch and also spoke on cyber crimes and emerging AI, and how once can face the challenges.
Later in the event Ms. Sandra Dsouza Rana, Dean, Administration & Finance, welcomed students to the new academic year and also introduced the Course Heads.
