Orientation Programme for Batch 2024-25

The Orientation programme for the Batch 2024-25 was held on 7th June, 2024 at St. Xavier’s College Hall. It was attended by staff, faculty, students and parents. The theme for this year is “Communication in the Post Truth-Era”
The programme began with prayer and address by Dr. Fr. Conrad Pesso SJ, Director of XIC. Later Dr. Fr. Keith D’Souza, Rector, St. Xavier’s College, gave a brief on “The College Vision & Mission”
The Keynote speaker was Mr. Suresh Balakrishna - Chief Revenue Officer of The Hindu Group, he is also an XIC alumnus. He shared his own experience and insightful knowledge, he also spoke on the impact of media today.
Later in the event Ms. Sandra Rana, Dean, Administration & Finance, welcomed students to the new academic year.
