Procedure for Payment of Fees

Academic Year 2026 - 2027

Very Important

  • The results will be announced on Monday, 4th May, 2026 at 4.00 pm on our website.
  • The names of the selected candidates will be published along with the link for payment of course fees.
  • Students can choose to make either a Full payment; or payment in instalments (details regarding tenure and interest rates will be available upon selecting this option).
  • Students may also choose to apply for a bank loan independently (details provided below)

First List

  • The entire fees for the Academic Year 2026 - 27 must be paid by 15th May, 2026 before 4.00 p.m., failing which the student will forfeit the seat.
  • For full payment - Students are given 10 days from the date of the result announcement (inclusive) to complete the fee payment.
  • For payment in instalments - Students opting for payment in instalments are required to pay within 7 days from the date of the result announcement (inclusive). The deadline is 12th May, 2026 at 4.00pm.

Waitlist

  • The wait list (if any) will be announced on 16th May, 2026 by 4.00 p.m. and students will have to deposit their fees by 26th May, 2026 before 4.00 p.m., failing which the student will forfeit the seat.
  • For full payment - Students are given 10 days from the date of the result announcement (inclusive) to complete the fee payment.
  • For payment with instalments - Students opting for payment in instalments are required to pay within 3 days from the date of the result announcement (inclusive). The deadline is 20th May at 4.00pm.

Loan Facilities:

While we have partnered with GrayQuest to offer flexible instalment opportunities for the convenience of students, please be informed that one is under no obligation to use this service.

XIC does not have a tie with any bank for the Student Loan Facilities. You are welcome to avail of an education loan from any financial institution of your choice. XIC office will provide all necessary documentation required by your chosen bank.

In case the student has applied for a loan independently, the procedure for depositing the fees is as follows:

  • The Student has to deposit 25% of the tuition fees + registrations fees + Library deposit + applicable taxes by 15th May, 2026. on the Bank details mentioned below.
  • The Student will need to email the processing letter from the Bank alongwith the student name, admit card number and proof of payment on accounts@xaviercomm.org
  • The total fees have to be paid by 30th May, 2026
    (Please note that the processing letter is compulsory)
  • After scrutiny, if the letter is deemed incorrect or not satisfactory, the fees paid will be refunded and your seat will be considered forfeited.

Procedure for Refund of Fees for 2026 - 2027

In case the Application to withdraw the admission is made on or before the 31st May, 2026.
The following amounts will be refunded after deduction of 1000/- from the Registration fees and 5000/- deduction from the tuition fees. = 7080/- (inclusive of GST)

The following amounts will be refunded after deduction of 1000/- from the registration fees and 25% deduction from the tuition fees and GST as applicable.

In case admission is withdrawn by the student on or after the 5th June, 2026 to 8th June, 2026 both days inclusive.
The following amounts will be refunded after deduction of 1000/- from the registration fees and 50% deduction from the tuition fees and GST as applicable.

Any withdrawal of admission by a student for any reason whatsoever after 8th June, 2026 will result in the forfeiture of the entire fees. Only the library deposit will be refunded.
