Procedure for Payment of Fees

Payment of fees is A One-Time payment

Course fees for the Academic year 2022 – 2023

  • The Student is given 10 days to deposit the fees including the date of the announcement of the results.
  • The results will be announced on May 18th, 2022 by 4.00 p.m.
  • The entire fees to be deposited by May 28th, 2022 by 4.00 p.m. failing which the student will forfeit the seat.
  • The wait list if any will be announced on May 30th, 2022 by 4.00 p.m. and they have to deposit their fees by June 6th, 2022 by 4.00 p.m.

Loan Facilities:

XIC does not have a tie with any bank for the Student Loan Facilities. The student has to approach the banks personally for loans. Xavier Institute of Communications is a curricula unit of St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous) Mumbai. The website has been update with all the necessary information and in case the bank needs any confirmation a selection letter can be given.

In case a student has applied for a loan, the procedure for depositing the fees is as follows:

  • The Student has to deposit 25% of the tuition fees + registrations fees along the with loan processing letter from the bank.
  • The total fees has to be paid by June 9th, 2022
    (Please note that the processing letter is compulsory)

Very Important

  • We will share the link with the selected candidates to deposit their fees.
  • Please note in case you are applying for a bank loan, you need to upload the processing letter and then deposit the 25% of the fees, in case after scrutiny if the letter is incorrect or not satisfactory the same will be refunded and your seat will be considered forfeited.

Procedure for Refund of Fees for 2022 - 2023

In case the Application to withdraw the admission is made on or before the 9th, June 2022
The following amounts will be refunded after deduction of 1000/- from the Registration fees and 5000/- deduction from the tuition fees = 7080/- (inclusive of GST)

In case the Application to withdraw the admission is made on June 10th, 2022 to June 12th, 2022 both days inclusive.
The following amounts will be refunded after deduction of Rs.1000/- from the registration fees and 25% deduction from the tuition fees and GST as applicable.

If the student has NOT attended any class and admission is withdrawn by the student after the course has commenced, within 5 calendar days from the date of the commencement of the course (June 13th, 2022 to June 17th, 2022) both days inclusive.
The following amounts will be refunded after deduction of Rs. 1000/- from the registration fees and 50% deduction from the tuition fees and GST as applicable.

Any withdrawal of admission by a student for any reason whatsoever after June 17th, 2022 will result in the forfeiture of the entire fees. Only the library deposit will be refunded.
